Product Overview: Plastic Acid/Alkali-Resistant Magnetic Pump (Magnetically Driven Pump)

This equipment is designed for fluid transfer. It primarily consists of a pump head, magnetic drive unit (magnet assembly), motor, and base plate. The magnetic drive unit comprises an outer magnet rotor, inner magnet rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation shell. When the motor rotates the outer magnet, magnetic flux penetrates the air gap and non-magnetic material, synchronously rotating the inner magnet connected to the impeller. This enables contactless power transmission, converting a dynamic seal prone to leakage into a static seal with zero leakage. The pump shaft and inner magnet are completely enclosed within the pump body and isolation shell, eliminating "run, drip, leak, and spill" issues.
